Working for a growing financial company. The Junior Network S
pecialist will be responsible for providing help desk support and top tier network services. Administering and maintaining corporate WAN, network connectivity, e-mail, Internet access, performance and security. Configure and troubleshoot networks, including VPNs, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Backups, Servers, IPS, IP Phones, and troubleshoot MS Office softwares.
Answer support calls and emails through their central ticket system, assist in the administration and management of the central ticket system.
A+, CCNA, MCSE certifications is a plus!
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent education.
3+ years of relevant experience.
